Environmental pollution effects more and more the quality and purity of our water. Therefore the dosing of disinfection products to the water becomes more important. The dosing feeders of WATERLINK offer you an intelligent and up-to-date solution.
Installed and commissioned within minutes
MSR dosing feeders are enclosed dosing systems that are simple to install and use. The dosing feeder just needs to be connected to the water supply. The mixing ratio between the liquid to be dosed and the water can then be continuously adjusted by hand. Besides refilling the chemical container and cleaning the dosing feeder from time to time no further maintenance is necessary. The perfect solution for mobile or static dosing systems where there is no electrical power available.
Water as a source of power
Different from conventional dosing systems our dosing pumps require no further external energy source. The water in which the disinfection products is to be injected also powers the dosing feeder. The hydraulic motor drives a dosing piston which sucks the right amount of chemical out of the container. Both hydraulic motor and dosing piston are that powerful, that even high viscous chemicals can be injected precisely. If the dosing liquid is a flocculant or has adhesive qualities, dosing feeders with external injection are available.
Accurate and reliable dosing
Our dosing feeders work very accuately, unlike Venturi systems our feeders dose volumetrically. This guarantees a dosing ratio which also remains as set, in proportion to flow, even if water pressure and water flow varies. This assures reliable dosing and minimises risk to our environment.
Two different chemicals, one dosing feeder
Many applications require the injection of more than one type of chemical at the same time. For these applications we have designed dosing feeders that can inject two different liquids at the same time. The dosing ratio of each product can be independently, manually adjusted.
From a single dosing feeder to a complete water treatment system
We can custom build, design and manufacture complete dosing systems for the special needs of our customer. This also includes complete systems where drinking water can be produced from various surface waters, boreholes and spring sources without use of external energy.
Disinfection of big volumes of water
For filling of service reservoirs or other storage tanks usually pumps are used, which feed constant flow rates. In those cases the injection of the disinfection product can be made by a much smaller dosing feeder than the flow rate would normally require. This dosing feeder must be installed in a "bypass" through which a small part of the flow is directed.
