PACKAGING OPTIONS

Product packing is often an important consideration to minimize handling and aid in efficient process operation. As standard practice, our materials are packed into 25 to 50 Kg disposable bags, 500 Kg super sacks, or fiber drums. Special packing is available upon request.
Super sacks allow for the rapid addition of media to filter units which is ideal for sites using large quantities of carbon. Super sacks contain 500 Kg of activated carbon. They can be moved with a forklift and flat bed trailers - no other special equipment is required. Each Super Sack container is fitted with a 19" long discharge spout and a reinforced square bottom to facilitate the transfer of product into the carbon vessel. The woven plastic fabric is relatively impermeable and offers a long storage life.
25 and 50 Kg Capacity Smaller bags allow the carbon to be moved and loaded into vessels by hand, without special equipment. Our two-ply bags are constructed of paper laminated or liners plastic liner. The liner has strength and water resistance. Bags may be stored outside if covered with a tarp.
